Shipping Policy

Dispatch and Delivery:

• Orders within Abuja are delivered the same day or within 24 hours, while deliveries to other locations across Nigeria take 2–3 working days via DHL Express or 3–5 working days via our other courier partners.
• Please note that during sale periods or festive seasons, dispatch times may be longer.

Delivery Attempts:

• A single delivery attempt will be made. If unattended, customers will need to pick up their items from the respective shipping carrier or at Binash showroom Abuja.

Returns Policy

General Returns:

• Items can be returned within 48 hours of receipt if they remain in their original, unused, unwashed condition, and in the original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@binashhome.com with your order number, item condition, and pictures.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

• In the rare case that a defective or incorrect item is delivered, please email us immediately at info@binashhome.com with photographic evidence.
• We will provide a return shipping courier via email. You may also use your own shipping method.
• If a replacement is not available due to stock issues, a full refund will be provided.

Return Conditions:

• Returned items must be in original condition, free from use, and in their original packaging.
• Returns received under conditions not due to Binash Home error will not be accepted.
• Items not eligible for returns include those bought as clearance, final sale, or open-box.

Exchange Process:

• Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.
• Approved exchanges will be processed promptly, and any delivery charges for the exchanged items will depend on the specific circumstances of the exchange.

• Colors may vary from one computer screen to another; discrepancies in color are not considered manufacturer defects.
